How do micro-organisms move?
How do they "know" how to move since they don't have brains? Are they just chemical "machines" or are they making "decisions?"
Why do they spin around at high speed?
Where do the chemicals in DNA come from?
How does ATP produce useful energy? What exactly are enzymes/proteins etc?
