Something to aspire to, eh? The scary part is that some of these pics might not be photoshopped. You can get (some of) the same effects temporarily by just injecting synthol directly into the required muscle. There's an iddy-biddy chance you might inject it directly into a vein with the danger of causing an aneurysm -- but what the hell? It's all worth it for your perfect body, right?
